why would anyone buy a house advertised on a tree! I saw this sign the
other day while driving in my 'hood on Moreland Ave. There are signs
like this all over ATL. There is still a housing boom here and errybody
and their momma is trying to get in on the "flip this house" epidemic.
What I want to know is....wtf is a scamblr? Is it some web 2.0 breakfast sandwich?
today is a gray day complete with lightning and thunder in the atl. even the crew from "flip this house" across the street packed up their sh*t at the crack of dawn and left the house. anway, it made me dig out my soundgarden cd's b/c i had a hankering to hear "black hole sun." a few years ago, i read an interview with anita baker where she said she loved that song b/c it sounded like "it came straight from the pits of hell." the video is also interesting.
